We collect information needed to manage appointments and customer accounts, including your name, email address, telephone number, account identifier, appointment details, booking history, cancellation or rescheduling information, and your email-marketing preference. If you choose Google or Apple sign-in, the authentication provider may supply an account identifier, name and email address in accordance with your settings with that provider.

The customer booking service does not currently take online card payments. The shop may record the method used to pay in person for operational and accounting purposes.

We retain customer information only for as long as it is reasonably required to provide the service, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal information from the Delete Account page. Where a transaction record must be retained for accounting or legal reasons, we may retain the minimum non-accounting information required while removing or anonymising customer-account identifiers.

You can manage upcoming appointments from My Appointments, change your marketing preference, request account deletion, and contact Solihull Barbers about access, correction or deletion of your information. You may also have rights under UK data-protection law depending on the circumstances.

Information is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to operational and management information is restricted by authenticated user and staff permissions.
