Appointments made through this service are bookings with Solihull Barbers at 95 High Street, Solihull, B91 3SW. Please check the service, barber, date and time shown before confirming a booking.

Prices shown during booking are the current prices for the selected service at the time of booking. If a service needs to change after consultation in the shop, staff will explain any change before carrying out additional work.

Where enabled, customers can cancel or reschedule an upcoming appointment from My Appointments until the booking reaches the shop's configured cut-off. Once an appointment has started or passed, online changes are no longer available. If you need help, contact the shop on 07429 364538.

Please arrive in reasonable time for your appointment. Late arrival may mean the service has to be shortened, moved or cancelled if it would delay later customers.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity performed through your account. You may book without an account where guest booking is available, but an account is required to use My Appointments and account-management features.

The booking service does not currently process online card payments. Payment is taken separately by Solihull Barbers in the shop. The management system may record the payment method for till and business-record purposes.

We take reasonable steps to keep availability accurate. In exceptional circumstances such as illness, emergencies or shop closure, Solihull Barbers may need to contact you to move or cancel an appointment.

Please do not misuse the service, attempt to access another customer's information, interfere with availability, create fraudulent bookings, or try to disrupt the platform.
